Job Description
About the Role
The role is based in our Morningside Office in Brisbane and available on either a Casual or Part-Time basis. This is a Contact Centre Role, which means it is 100% phone based. If you are someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and gets a kick out of making that next sale, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outbound calls and communications in line with outbound call campaigns and business objectives.
Act as first point of contact for Customer, Consumer & Sales enquiries for our network of existing customers across Australia.
Manage customer interactions especially in regional areas over the phone and email.
Collaborate with our Field Sales Team and key stakeholders to promote our products and to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to increase sales and grow our customer base.
Utilise our CRM system to ensure we have up-to-date customer details and relevant data to grow our business and improve processes.
The ability to self-manage and keep up with daily outbound call volume.
