What You’ll Do
Brand Activations & Events
· Deliver brand experiences at key industry events, festivals, tastings and pop-up activations
· Support the planning, setup and execution of national and local events
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful
Consumer Engagement
· Create engaging, immersive experiences that build brand love and loyalty
· Act as a brand ambassador at events, representing our values and personality
· Train and support brand ambassadors and event staff where required
Creative & Campaign Support
· Support the delivery of experiential campaigns and product launches
· Assist with the development and execution of promotional materials and on-site assets
· Ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints
Insights & Reporting
· Capture consumer feedback and event insights
· Support post-event reporting, including photos, feedback and key learnings
· Help refine future activations based on what works best in market
About You
· 5+ years’ experience in brand, experiential or event marketing (liquor, beverage or FMCG highly regarded)
· Comfortable working at events, including evenings and weekends
· Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with consumers face-to-face
· Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple activations at once
· Creative, proactive and solutions-focused
· Willingness to travel for events and activations
· Must have a “Can Do” attitude
Hands-on Weekend Warrior Mindset
· Happy to be on the ground through evenings and weekends when activations call for it
· Not afraid to pull up your sleeves, handling bump-in/bump-out, setup, stock, and onsite troubleshooting
· Takes ownership to get the job done, keeping the team and brand looking sharp even under pressure
