Job Description
About the role
We are looking for an energetic and talented Artworker to join our in-house creative studio to help drive our brands in the fast-paced Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The primary role of the Good Drinks Studio is to service the broad range of packaging, marketing and communications needs of our portfolio of brands. In addition, the studio often engages in new brand or product development to add new offerings to our portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Head of Creative and working closely with a team of talented designers, this role is often fast-paced, requires attention to detail, and requires the ability to quickly jump between brands and project types. Most importantly, it requires a dedicated team player who can roll with a close-knit team, working independently or collaboratively to serve the businesses greater goals.
Key Responsibilities
This role is key in bringing our sales and marketing messages to life across a raft of consumer and trade facing touch points.
Creating print ready artwork for printed materials such as POS, In-Venue displays, ATL campaign versioning
Creating digital ready assets such as web banners, digital OOH, digital displays, in venue displays
Preparing print ready artwork for packaging suppliers including new product development
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Experience·
Degree qualification in graphic design or similar (desired)
Min 4+ years previous experience in a studio artworking role (freelance, inhouse, production company, or agency)
Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop.
Strong understanding of print production processes (CMYK, spot colours, bleeds, trims, preflight)
Familiarity with digital outputs including web and social assets
Ability to confidently work within brand guidelines to roll out creative consistently across multiple formats and touch-points
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Ability to manage amends and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Well-organised file management and version control habits
Clear communication and a collaborative approach
