Role Description

The National Key Account Executive – On Premise is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing a sustainable and profitable customer base across RECA and QSR channels with both existing and prospective customers. You'll support the growth of our national customers in conjunction with the On Premise NAM, driving tailored promotional programs across ALH, AVC, and Signature Group. This role also owns the On Premise Contract Register, ensuring effective timelines for engaging our customer base and keeping commercial agreements on track.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the industry in a similar role
  • Significant experience in beer sales across on/off premise, key independent, and ideally national accounts
  • Established network of relationships with key customers, wholesalers, and industry groups on the East Coast
  • Strong self-management skills with a high degree of motivation and accountability
  • Demonstrates courtesy, dependability, self-confidence, transparency, honesty, and a strong work ethic
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the business

  • Previous National Account Management experience
  • Experience developing and executing promotional programs within large on-premise groups
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and contract management processes
  • Understanding of craft beer or premium beverage positioning
