About the Role

This role can be entry-level or for an experienced production labourer. Heading into our peak period the keg line is working hard! So we are looking for someone who is fit and strong to help us supply Australian Pubs, Clubs and Stadiums for summer!  

As a Kegger Operators you will be responsible for the safe and efficient filling, cleaning, and preparation of beer kegs for distribution. Ensuring kegs meet the company’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining smooth operations in the kegging line. You will be required to have good attention to detail, teamwork, and be able to adhere to strict food and beverage production standards.

You’ll be coming into a busy and fast-paced work environment, but with plenty of support from your team and supervisors. You’ll be learning from great individuals who have been with our business for years.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the kegging line, ensuring efficient filling, sealing, and labelling of kegs.

  • Inspect kegs before and after filling for cleanliness, integrity, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kegging equipment and work area to meet HACCP and food safety standards.

  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues with the keg line and escalate complex issues to your supervisor or maintenance.

  • Assist in keg storage and inventory management, including moving full and empty kegs safely.

  • Follow workplace health and safety protocols at all times, including correct use of PPE.

  • Collaborate with brewing, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in beverage packaging, brewing, or production (preferred but not required).

  • Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.

  • Strong focus on hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and manoeuvre (not lift) heavy kegs (up to 60kg).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Forklift license desirable (but not essential).


Work Conditions

  • Fast-paced production environment.

  • Manual handling of kegs and repetitive tasks.

  • Shift work will be required, rotating day and night shifts.
