Job Description
• Manage outbound calls and communications in line with outbound call campaigns and business objectives.
• Act as first point of contact for Customer, Consumer & Sales enquiries for our network of existing customers across Australia
• Manage customer interactions especially in regional areas over the phone and email.
• Collaborate with our Field Sales Team and key stakeholders to promote our products and to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
• Meet daily, weekly and Monthly KPI’s to increase sales and increase our customer base.
• Utilising our CRM system to insure we have up to date customer details and relevant data to grow our business and improve processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Computer literate with an eye for detail
Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders
Target driven and able to work to KPI’s and targets
