Execution Results
Achieving execution targets, these targets may be customer specific and/or brand specific and will be set by Manager when deemed appropriate
Brand representation
Ensure all designated licensed outlets carry the required range of the company’s products sufficient to satisfy consumer needs
Ensure that the defined products available are in saleable condition and that stock rotation is maintained
Ensure that the company’s products are priced in accordance with our pricing strategy
Ensure complaints relating to product quality are dealt with efficiently and promptly, ensuring that all internal procedures are adhered to
Identify additional signage opportunities and work with Manager to secure approved sites
Brand display & merchandising
Ensure that the company’s products are displayed prominently at all points of sale in each outlet
Ensure that in areas such as bottle shops those products receive prime display space
Point of sale material
Ensure point of sale and signage material, relevant to brand positioning, is placed in prime positions in each outlet
All material should be used effectively, with consideration given to quantities used
Promotion
Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote the company’s products to the consumer or the retailer without exceeding budgeted funds (unless instructed by Manager)
Ensure effective use of promotional aids, as provided
Ensure that the goodwill and professional image of the company is promoted at all times
Market intelligence
Ensure trends occurring in the marketplace are reported.
Reporting
Ensure written reports outlining activities are submitted on time, as agreed with the Manager above all, reports should be brief, accurate, clear and legible.
Territory management
Ensure all area call plans are completed to a satisfactory level as detailed by Manager.
Ensure all customer records are to be kept updated after each outlet call in CRM system.
Adhere to a regular call plan.

Desired Skills and Experience
At least 1-3 years in a similar role
Well developed, self-management skills
Current driver’s license
Self-motivated, independent and can work in isolation
Displays a high level of courtesy, dependability, self-confident and honesty in all situations
Shows strong work ethic and ability to communicate at all levels
Assertive whilst remaining humble
Good computer skills, competent in all facets of Windows
