Job Description

Key Account Management
•    Building and maintaining relationships with respective rebuying teams at Endeavour Group and Coles Liquor Group through regular engagements.
•    Manage day-to-day customer requirements ensuring all internal and external deadlines and requirements are met.
•    Involvement in promotional process, marketing activities, and submission of all relevant supporting retailer documentation.
•    Support the National Business Managers in ensuring efficient management of financials including joint business plans to deliver against category growth targets. 

Monitoring and Analysing Sales Performance
•    Support Head of National Chains and National Business Managers to set clear sales goals and objectives by customer. 
•    Collect and analyse relevant sales data. 
•    Identify trends and patterns in sales performance. 
•    Compare actual sales performance against targets. 
•    Identify drivers and drainers of sales performance and opportunities to drive profitable growth and improved customer service by managing mix of initiatives.
•    Utilise insights from sales performance to assist National Business Managers with completing demand forecasting. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Work with category and marketing on ranging and category recommendations. 
•    Support a culture of teamwork and co-operation across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to achieve common goals and objectives.
•    Establish clear channels of communication. 
•    Set realistic expectations and timelines. 

Team Leadership & Engagement
•    Lead, motivate and influence a team of dedicated Sales Support team members on upcoming initiatives across both Coles Liquor Group and Endeavour Group. 
•    Be a team player as part of the National Chains team. 

Market Intelligence
•    Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. 
•    Participate in industry events and conferences.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the industry in similar roles 
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and ability to prioritise
  •  Advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Current driver’s license    
  • Displays a high level of behaviours: courtesy, dependability, self-confidence, transparency, honesty and a strong work ethic 
  • Attention to detail
  • Current RSA
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to present confidently to internal and external stakeholders
